Applabs acquire ValueMinds

Global software testing and quality management company AppLabs has acquired city-based ValueMinds, developer of Testers-Desk.com. Post acquisition, AppLabs will continue to support Testers-Desk.com as a free community based tool for test design and test data generation for quality and testing professionals globally, an AppLabs release said on Wednesday. Commenting on the acquisition, Mr Sashi Reddi, Founder and chairman of AppLabs said, “We are delighted to make this significant acquisition at a time when our customers are looking at us to provide leadership in the testing space.” The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
