Cox & Kings has launched its GDR Issue, reports CNBC-TV18 quoting sources. Cox & Kings has offered for 53.41 lakh GDRs (approximately $ 65 million). The offer is with Greenshoe Option of 28.75 lakh additional GDRs. Cox & Kings offer price is at Rs 569.2/sh ($ 12.17/GDR).
