HDFC Mutual Fund To Unveil 370 Days Fund

HDFC Mutual Fund has announced the New Fund Offer (NFO) of HDFC FMP 370D August 2010 (1), under HDFC Fixed Maturity Plans – Series XV, a close-ended income scheme.
The NFO will open for subscription on August 5, 2010 and will close on August 12, 2010. No entry and exit load is applicable. The tenure of the scheme has been fixed as 370 days from the date of allotment.
The scheme will be benchmarked against CRISIL Short Term Bond Fund Index.
The minimum application amount will be Rs 5,000 and in multiples of Rs 10 thereafter.
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate income through investment in debt/ money market instruments and government securities maturing on or before the maturity date of respective plan.
