Piramal Health sells diagnostic biz to Super Religare Labs

Ajay Piramal, Piramal Healthcare says its an all cash deal worth Rs 600 Cr. The company will get Rs 300 Cr upfront and balance Rs 300 crore will be received over 3 years. No debt will be transferred in the deal. The entire proceeds will come to Piramal Healthcare. He further added that the company will give special dividend but it may not be substantial.
