Food inflation to come down in coming weeks – Pawar

The government today said Food inflation will come down in coming weeks. Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar said the decline in prices of most agricultural commodities in coming weeks will bring down the food inflation.
Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of a sugar conference in New Delhi, Mr Pawar said food inflation declined for the second consecutive week to stand at 12.63 per cent for the week ended June 26.
