Total Income has increased from Rs 49735.00 million for the year ended March 31, 2009 to Rs 54945.70 million for the year ended March 31, 2010.

Mukta Arts

Mukta Arts Ltd has entered into a contract with M/s. Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd for the satellite rights of its 29 films for 5 years from the dates on which current satellite rights expire. The Deal is for Rs. 200.00 millions. The entire deal amount is being paid during current financial year.

Indian Overseas Bank

Indian Overseas Bank has posted a net profit of Rs 7069.615 million for the year ended March 31, 2010 as compared to Rs 13257.916 million for the year ended March 31, 2009. Total Income has increased from Rs 111687.301 million for the year ended March 31, 2009 to Rs 113890.270 million for the year ended March 31, 2010.

Crompton Greaves

Crompton Greaves Ltd has just concluded an arrangement for the acquisition of 3 businesses – Traction Electronics, SCADA and Industrial Drives, of an Indian company Nelco Ltd. (Nelco), on a slump sale basis. The approximate Value of acquisition of the abovementioned 3 businesses is Rs. 920 million.

Ashok Leyland

Ashok Leyland Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 4236.748 million for the year ended March 31, 2010 as compared to Rs 1899.963 million for the year ended March 31, 2010. Total Income has increased from Rs 60306.965 million for the year ended March 31, 2009 to Rs 73151.559 million for the year ended March 31, 2010.
