Infinite Computer Solutions India has entered into a strategic alliance with Motorola. The company will acquire royalty bearing, non-exclusive license to Motorola’s SMS and MMS solutions. It will develop derivatives from original license product, which will be sold back as licensed implementations to Motorola & clients. Its revenue implication is not known, but a strategic alliance with the telecom giant bodes well.

The company declared its Q3FY10 numbers today. Its Q3FY10 consolidated net profit stood at Rs 20.45 crore and net sales stood at Rs 160.5 crore. OPM stood at 17.44% and EPS stood at Rs 5.35.

Infinite Computer Solutions touched an intra day high of Rs 205.60 and an intra day low of Rs 187.55 and at 15:03 PM, the share was quoting at Rs 202.25, up Rs 12.30, or 6.48%, trading with volumes of 1,375,428 shares, compared to its 5-day average of 810,937 shares, an increase of 69.61%.
