Nikkei Stock Average 225 up 210.37 points at 10,244.62.
Hang Seng Index up 378.32 points at 20,647.01.
KOSPI Index up 1.39 pct at 1,623.26 .
Shanghai Composite Index up 1.09 pct at 3,018.13.

US Markets
US Markets ended higher on Tuesday.Dow Jones industrial average up 170 points,up 1.68 percent, to 10,269. The Standard & Poor’s 500 index ended up 1.80 percent up 19 points at 1,095. The tech-heavy Nasdaq composite index up 1.40 percent up 31 points to 2,214.
European Markets
European Stocks Ended Higher
European Markets ended higher on Tuesday.Britain’s FTSE 100 index ended up 1.48 percent up 77 points to 5,244,Germany’s DAX ended up 1.47 percent up 81 points to 5,592,France’s CAC 40 ended up 1.66 percent at 3,669.

Commodities
Crude oil was up 8 cents to trade at $77.09 a barrel.Gold was up 2.75 percent up $30 settle at $1,120 an ounce.
