Dow Jones industrial average down 20 points,down 0.20 percent, to 10,038. The Standard & Poor’s 500 index ended down 0.22 percent down 2 points at 1,068. The tech-heavy Nasdaq composite index down 0.14 percent down 3 points to 2,148.
