Ranbaxy Labs exits China venture; sells Ranbaxy China stake to HNG Chembio Pharmacy
Ranbaxy Labs has exited China venture. It sold Ranbaxy China stake to HNG Chembio Pharmacy. Ranbaxy will transfer the stake in RGCL to HNG Chembio Pharmacy. Market analysts say that the impact of this will be minimal as China is not a lead market for Ranbaxy.
