Marksans Pharma board approves selling API biz at Pune; raising funds up to $ 125 Mn
Marksans Pharma has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on December 29, 2009 has decided to sell / lease / dispose the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) plants of the company located in Pune and to raise capital through issue of equity shares and/or equity shares through depository receipts and/or foreign currency convertible bonds and/or any other convertible bonds / securities upto an amount not exceeding $ 125 million.
