BHEL, Siemens, Alstom mulls JV to make electric locomotives, reports CNBC-TV18 quoting sources. BHEL will get 1,200 MW hydro equipment order from Bhutan. The capital goods major will run 150 MW Congo hydel plant, supply equipment. Source said that BHEL will set up office in Kazakhstan.
