Kate Winslet nominated for Best Actress title at European Film Awards

London, November 10 : Kate Winslet has been nominated for Best Actress title at this year’’s European Film Awards (EFA) courtesy her role in ‘The Reader’.
British newcomer Katie Jarvis pitted against the beauty for her role in Andrea Arnold’’s ‘Fish Tank’, reports the Daily Star.
However, Winslet has already won the Oscar for Best Actress, for her performance in ‘The Reader’.
Meanwhile, Academy Award -winning film ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ has landed five nominations, which include Best Film, Best Director, and Best Actor for Dev Patel.
The event is scheduled to take place next month in Bochum, Germany.
