NSE F&O Cues: Total Fut OI down by Rs 389 Cr; total Options OI up by Rs 1,670 Cr; Nifty Puts added 21 lk shrs, Nifty Calls added 9.5 lk shrs in OI; Suzlon Energy Fut OI down 14%

Total Futures OI was down by Rs 389 crore while total Options OI was up by Rs 1,670 crore. Nifty Puts added 21 lakh shares in OI while Nifty Calls added 9.5 lakh shares in OI. Nifty OI Put-Call Ratio stood at 1.26 Vs 1.24. Nifty Futures were trading 6-points discount Vs 5-points premium. Nifty IVs were at 26-30% levels. Nifty 4600 Put added 9.6 lakh shares in OI; Nifty 4700 Put added 8.7 lakh shares in OI; Nifty 4800 Call added 6 lakh shares in OI; Nifty 4900 Call added 5 lakh shares in OI. Stock Futures shed 1.8 crore shares in OI.

On November 6, FIIs net buy in Nifty Futures were Rs 1,315 crore, Nifty Futures OI was down by 19081 contracts. FIIs net sell in Nifty Options were Rs 132 crore, Nifty Options OI was down by 919 contracts. FIIs net buy in Stock Futures were Rs 286 crore, Stock Futures OI was up by 8159 contracts.

Suzlon Energy was up 6%; CoC was down, Futures OI was down 14%, 2-day relief rally of 20% was seen. Idea Cellular was down 5.6%; CoC slides, Futures OI was up 10%, fresh short positions were seen. Ashok Leyland was up 4%; CoC was up, Futures OI was up 43%, fresh long positions were seen. Polaris Software was up 6%; CoC was up, Futures OI was up 34%, fresh long positions were seen. Tata Power was down 4%; CoC was down, Futures OI was up 28%, fresh short positions were seen.
