Pharma major Glenmark is going to raise Rs 575 crore via Glenmark Generics IPO, reports CNBC-TV18 quoting Sources. The IPO values Glenmark Generics at Rs 5,000 crore. There will be an equity dilution of 10-15% in Glenmark Pharma, sources added.
Glenmark Generics had sales of Rs 985 crore in FY09. Glenmark Generics filed DRHP yesterday.
