Michael Dobbins Duvall, 54, is a Republican politician and a former member of the California State Assembly.
A Republican state lawmaker from Yorba Linda,Assemblyman, Michael Duvall abruptly resigned his office on 9thSeptember 2009, in the wake of a scandal involving extramarital affairs, including one with a lobbyist.
In July 2009, Duvall was caught on tape bragging to a fellow committee member about his extramarital affairs with two women, one of them a lobbyist. Los Angeles CBS affiliate KCAL-TV aired the tape on 8th September 2009, the same evening, the OC Weekly published an in-depth article on the lawmaker and his conduct. Duvall resigned the next day.
