UB Holdings is seeking shareholder nod for increased assistance to Kingfisher Airlines. The company seeks to issue additional guarantees worth Rs 4500 crore to Kingfisher Airlines. The nod will allow the company to give guarantees on behalf of KFA to third parties.

In September 2008, shareholders approved guarantees worth Rs 7500 crore to Kingfisher Airlines.
