DLF sells 1,200 out of 1,400 apartments on first day of the launch in Central Delhi

DLF has sold more than 1,200 out of 1,400 apartments on the 1st day of launch in Central Delhi. The price is fixed at Rs 4,500 & Rs 5,500/sqft while the apartment size varies from 1,200-1,525/sqft. The booking amount is fixed at Rs 5 lakh. DLF has been testing project response since last 3 weeks. The brokers had been collecting cheques of Rs 10 lakh booking amount for last 3 weeks.
