India’s recession

Pranab Mukherjee says the problem is complex & situation is difficult. India have to collectively face the situation. He further added that in two subsequent quarterly review if one sees negative GDP growth then it can be called recession. He feels that up to now India’s recession has been marginal & he is yet to assess if India is in recession.
