Ved Jain, President, ICAI says that it has constituted high-powered committee to investigate Satyam case.

The rotation of audit firms is one of the aspects to be discussed by the committee. The committee to submit report to council in 15-20 days. It cannot punish firms unless they are found guilty. The firms where partners have been found guilty of professional misconduct, will not be allowed to audit listed companies.
