Arvind to demerge brands division to Arvind Lifestyle Brands. The company will also demerge retail business to Arvind Retail.Surya Pharma board approves issue of 47 lakh shares to promoter group company Futuristics Garments. It also approves issue of shares up to Rs 100 crore in the domestic market (including rights) alongwith issue of ADRs/GDRs/FCCBs up to $ 50 million.
